Saint Paul Celebrated its 100th Anniversary

Saint Paul’s AME Zion Church, located at 610 Eagle street was the May 18 setting for this photo. Reverend Amos Goodwine Jr. is the pastor for this church. Saint Paul celebrated its 100th anniversary, with festivities from May 15-18. The celebration featured a two-day revival with Rev. Nicholas Irion serving as the guest revivalist. On May 17, St. Paul’s Women’s home and overseas missions held a community service. The May 18 service featured Rev. George Grenshaw, the Bishop of The Northeastern Episcopal District, who served as the anniversary celebrant guest preacher. The St. Paul’s Male Choir provided the song service.
